When you submit a booking inquiry or contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide. We do not require an account to browse the site.

If you choose to leave private feedback after a visit, the rating and comments you submit are stored alongside the appointment you reference.

We use the contact details you share to respond to your inquiry, confirm appointments, and occasionally send transactional messages such as a post-visit review request. We do not sell your information.

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, post-visit messages) include an unsubscribe link. Using it adds your address to our suppression list, after which we will not email you again unless you re-opt-in.

Inquiry submissions, private feedback, and email logs are stored in an access-controlled database. Only the studio owner — signed in with an administrator account — can read them. Customers cannot view other customers' messages or contact details.

We use a small set of vendors to operate the site: a managed hosting and database provider, Google Maps and Google Business Profile for directions and reviews, and a transactional email service to deliver booking-related messages.

Photos submitted to our gallery may appear publicly on the site. Please do not send images you do not want shown.

We retain inquiry and feedback records for as long as needed to operate the studio and respond to follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete information you've sent us at any time.

To request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
